		<description>Yes, you are right.  The safe solution is to walk.  But that isn&#039;t the fast solution.  The intersection that inspired the thought was bigger that the one in the picture.  And I was waiting at the light for a few minutes before I realized that I would have to be a pedestrian.  And it is easier to ride in the sidewalk -- does that amount to running the light?</description>

		<description>I guess the easy answer would be to get off the bicycle and walk across. Once you are unseated you are a pedestrian and have different rights of way.</description>
